Our office throughout the country, is preparing, supporting and carrying out files of all building licenses or permits types, such as:
- CONSTRUCTION - CHANGE OF USE OF BUILDINGS
- SMALL-SCALE TECHNICAL WORKS PERMITS
- PERMIT FOR RENOVATION PROJECTS
Our office selects, depending on the type and extent of the building project, the appropriate building license or permit. Our office is responsible for preparing the folder, all the necessary designs and documents (Architectural, Structural design, Passive Fire Protection, Land plot, Electromechanical design-reports, Thermal insulation study, etc.), technical reports, payment reports (Budget, Public Fees, Insurance, etc.) and other documents (Health and Safety Plan, Timetable, etc.).
Also in the context of building permits our firm assumes full and the appropriate supervision of the engineering designs and the project management.
In the same context or urban planning projects our office throughout the country, assumes the preparation and completion for setting arbitrary, illegal without permit, buildings, structures, buildings’ parts or uses under the Greek Law N.4178/2013, which is valid until October 2016. Under the provisions of this Act the permit procedure and file contains the following:
- OWNER AUTHORIZATION
- BUILDING INSPECTION AND SURVEYING OF PROPERTY ILLEGAL BUILDING PARTS
- FEE CALCULATION
- OFFICIAL APPLICATION ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION
- TECHNICAL – ENGINEERING REPORT
- BUILDING LAYOUTS, LAND PLOT
- STRUCTURE REPORT OR STATIC ADEQUACY
- ELECTROMECHANICAL REPORT (IF NEEDED)
Our office has prepared and completed 70 conservation and setup files of arbitrary use of the Law 3843/2010 and the Law 4014/2011, which are currently not in force.
