Our office has completed multiple urban planning projects office throughout the country such as building permits and small scale permits in properties of all categories (residential, commercial, office).

Under the provisions of this Act the new permit, file and certificate procedure contains the following:

  6. BUILDING LAYOUTS, LAND PLOT
  7. STRUCTURE REPORT OR STATIC ADEQUACY
  8. ELECTROMECHANICAL REPORT (IF NEEDED)
